Franck-Stéphane DEDI has more than 12 years of experience in strategic advisory, corporate finance, capital raising and transaction services. He has led and/or actively taken part in designing or assessing strategic plans for companies, raising around €2 billion in equity and debt financing.

His assignments cover sectors such as energy, telecommunications, consumer goods, real estate, banking & insurance and IT, for companies of various sizes in more than 25 countries in Africa, France and Belgium.

Alongside this, Franck-Stéphane heads the GSLTB Foundation, whose aim is to support orphanages and young people entering the job market, and to help young entrepreneurs improve their businesses and living conditions.
