Who is responsible for your data?

7CAP (THE SEVEN CAPITAL FINANCE & STRATEGY COMPANY), Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, is responsible for processing the information you send through the form on this site. Contact: info@seven-cap.com.

What data, and why?

When you write to 7CAP from the form, we receive:

• your first name and, if you wish, your last name and organisation;
• your e-mail address;
• the message you write.

This information is used only to reply to your request and, if a collaboration begins, to prepare it. It is neither sold nor used for advertising. You send it voluntarily and tick a consent box before sending.

Who has access?

Authorised people at 7CAP. For the form to work, the request is stored on the secure servers of TornixTech, the site's technical provider, which makes no other use of it.

For how long?

For the time needed to handle your request and then, where there is no business relationship, for three years at most after the last exchange.

Your rights

Under Ivorian law no. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data, you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to info@seven-cap.com. You may also contact the ARTCI, the Ivorian data protection authority.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load content from a third-party service without your knowledge.
